Rope Pushdowns

Low Incline DB Press
  1. 6 @ 30.5kg
  2. 5 @ 35.5kg
  3. 4 @ 35.5kg
  4. 3 @ 35.5kg
Did pushdowns before low incline due to equipemnt being in use. ANother solid workout, didn't go hard on bench due to no spotter.
