Strength - 4 Jan 2007

I'm probably going to rotate this with another full body workout I've got in the back of my mind. I'm doing this once a week, mainly for maintenence rather than actually to see major gains.

Anyway:

Supinating DB Curls

Good workout, a bit longer than my past few weight training sessions. I was quite suprised that my strength was pretty much up with what I left off a week or two ago. SLD didn't go that well, I'm struggling to keep my back flat.

All in all I'm happy.
