Had my second strength workout of this part of the program:

Deadlifts

CG DB Bench

  2. 4 @ 35.5
  3. 4 @ 37.5
BB Row
  1. 4 @ 80 x3
Straight BB Curl
  1. 6 @ 29.5
  2. 6 @ 29.5
  3. 4 @ 29.5
Good workout, I was pretty tired coming into it but my strength was up there. Bench went really well, I'll be getting 100kg for reps soon!
